1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect item delivered
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The product is returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible:
- Earrings (if worn or opened)
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care
- Items showing signs of wear, scratches, or tampering
- Products returned without original packaging
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
You must provide:
- Order ID
- Product name
- Clear unboxing video or photos showing the issue

4. Return Pickup / Shipping
If your return request is approved:
- Our team will guide you through the return process
- Pickup may be arranged depending on your location
- If pickup is not available, you may need to courier the product to the return address provided by our support team
5. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer/UPI (details must be provided)
6. Replacement Policy
In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- A replacement may be offered (subject to stock availability)
- If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued
7. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.
